Sync failing on Ubuntu 22.04: cannot access safe storage

Description of the issue: Getting an error message on the Sync Setting page.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Launch Brave Browser on Ubuntu 22.04 desktop
  2. Navigate to the main menu and select “Sync” option
  3. An error message appears under the “Managed Synced Devices” heading that reads:

Brave could not access your operating system’s safe storage. This is what’s used to secure data such as passwords and cookies; it’s also required for Brave Sync to connect your browser profile between devices. This means Brave Sync is not running. To resolve this issue, please see the Brave Sync troubleshooting guide.

Expected result: Expecting Brave to be able to read and write bookmarks, passwords, and other synced content to and from the operating system’s secure storage facility.

**Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.43.93 Chromium: 105.0.5195.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)
