Description of the issue: unable to detach Surface Book 2 screen from keyboard without closing Brave
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Press the “Surface Detach” key to disengage from the screen
- Microsoft toast notification States: Please resolve before detaching: The following may need to be closed to detach: Brave Browser.
- Close brave browser
- Repeat step one and I will be able to detach the screen from the keyboard.
Expected result: Pressing the detach screen key, I should not get a notification that they browser is a problem and I will seamlessly be able to continue working on the Surface book as a tablet.

Version 1.22.71 Chromium: 89.0.4389.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information: There are 2 additional posts on this same topic with no resolution. November 2020 and September 2020 so this is an issue other surface book users are having.
