Description of the issue:
Unlike in Windows 10, disconnecting the keyboard on Windows 11 doesn’t cause a switch to tablet mode on the OS. Because of this Brave doesn’t switch to it’s touch optimized UI.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Run Windows 11 and Brave on a MS Surface Pro with the keyboard.
  2. Detach the keyboard.

Expected result:
Brave switches to Touch UI mode when the keyboard is disconnected from the MS Surface device. If this is not possible in Windows 11 an easy manual toggle would be great.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.29.51 Chromium: 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
