Stopped receiving Ads, Cannot collect rewards

Two issues:

  1. I’m no longer receiving any ads, and have not been for a couple months.
  2. I’m no longer able to collect monthly BAT payment. I have some BAT pending from before the ads ceased, but this is now the second month where I have not been able to collect.

OS: Mac Mojave 10.14.6
Brave Version : Version 1.24.82 Chromium: 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (x86_64)
Wallet verified: No (and I live in NY)
Past payments: Yes
VPN: No
Supported Region: Yes
Safety Net: n/a
Auto-Contribute: Not linked to Uphold but auto-contribute is disabled

Additionally, notifications are not blocked (though Brave is listed twice for some reason)
