Still receiving ads but not getting BAT nor are they added to the ad counter

Hello,

I am receiving ads but not receiving any BAT, nor receiving an update to the “Ads received this month”. I was wondering why this was and if there was any way to fix it. Additionally, I did not receive my April payout yet even though I’ve checked off every box from @steeven on his April Rewards Payout status. I am just very confused about what is going on and if there is anything I can do to fix these problems.

i have 40 bat as a publisher but still can’t withdraw it to my wallet since a loooooong time :cry:

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
