Description of the issue: I go to a website that is a video platform. On my phone the browser says something about certificates and I tell it to proceed anyway. After rinsing & repeating a few times I can usually get the video to play for a few minutes on my phone, then it just stops; if I press play, the video registers 0:00 and I have to close everything out to try again; refreshing just creates a broken page. On my desktop there’s no message about certificates, but videos won’t play at all there. Opened the site in Edge and I have no problems so far.
How can this issue be reproduced?
You have to have an account to watch videos on the site (unauthorized.tv). I go to the site, go through the hoops of telling the browser to yes let me on the site, and try playing the videos over an over again until it finally starts without breaking the page … then try again a few minutes later when the video, which was playing, suddenly quits for no reason.
Expected result:
I expect to watch these videos like I have been doing for months!!!
