Description of the issue:
When i open a new Starter Tab, and i klick on an Favorite Website, it doesnt open actually. I have to open again an new Starter Tab or i have to switch position of an Favorite Website with an other and then it works. It is often Random when it works and doesnt work.
** Brave Version 1.76.82**

Do you have any extensions installed in the browser at this time?
i had installed Ublock Origin, Disney Wide Screen Support, Archive.is plugin and Honey Plugin.
Except of Honey i uninstalled everything else after i read your comment.
And did disabling your extensions (I’d recommend doing so for Honey too just to be sure) resolve the issue?
If they did not, can you please create a new browser profile (Menu --> More tools --> Add profile), close your original profile window, then create a few top sites on the NTP and check to see if the issue is present in the new profile?
I have created another Profile now and will Test it
seems creating a new Profile solved the Problem
