"Specify more details" under chrome://crashes leads to a Google page

Description of the issue: “Specify more details” under chrome://crashes leads to a Google page

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open chrome://crashes
2. If a crash report exists, click on “Specify more details”.

Actual Result: The page “code.google.com” is called up, followed by a request to log in with his Google account.

Expected result: A Brave page should open

Reproduces how often: Always

Operating System and Brave Version: Windows 10 version 1809, Brave: 0.62.51
