I’m having the same issue. Additionally, I frequently switch between two Brave profiles on the same computer, and Profile 2 is popping up a sign-in prompt for the credentials from Profile 1 (Profile 2 does not have credentials for Stack Overflow). I was under the impression that these profiles were completely independent.
Thank you both for reaching out. I know I’ve seen this before myself. Note that this is an inherited feature from the Chromium engine. It seems that disabling the Sign-in automatically option should stop the prompt from appearing, but clearly that is not the case.
