MacOS browser permissions/password Pop-Ups have unresponsive buttons

Description of the issue:
Most of the time the Pop-Ups for permissions (eg permission to send notifications or use audio devices) or for the Password Manager have the buttons unresponsive. Clicking them to Allow or Deny permissions or to Save or Not save a password have no effect. I can click many times but nothing happens and the Pop-Ups just stays there. Also when I load the website again it shows up once again showing it didn’t trigger the button click action either.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a website that requires special permissions OR make a login/sign-up
  2. The Pop-Up shows
  3. Click one of the buttons, nothing happens

Expected result:
The Pop-Up should close saving your action. Either allowing/denying some permission or by saving/not saving the login/password combo of a website

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Additional Information:
This never happened to me in any of my Windows or Linux computers. Current computer I’m using is a Macbook Pro 2021 with M1 Pro chip and 16Gb of RAM.

I’m running MacOS Sequoia Version 15.3.2. I have not tested before Sequoia, but this has been happening since I first started running this. I don’t remember what version of Sequoia it was.
