Brave desktop keeps randomly closing tabs, just recently caught it doing it.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Version 1.24.86 Chromium: 90.0.4430.212 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, I have following extensions:
Webscreen capture
Tab Suspender
Bookmark sidebar
Always clear download

I’m 99% sure that one of those extensions is causing the issue – I’d wager the Tab Suspender, maybe Always clear download.
Can you try disabling your extensions and browsing normally for a while and see whether or not the issue persists?

I’ll check tab suspender, by settings and/or disabling, because it helps me a lot… Always clear download have never gave me problems even on W10.
Update: It was the extension settings. Sorry for blaming the browser. I’ll fast two days as penance.

No worries – I’m glad you were able to find the root issue.
No need for penance either – only thing you need to fast from is Ads and trackers
