Seeing New Tab Page Ads, No BAT payed for months

I see new tab page (NTP) ads but do not get any BAT in return.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes. California, USA (the rewards settings page auto detected California, which is correct)

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Auto Contribute is off.


Detailed description:

Ads are turned on on the rewards settings page. I have notifications turned off at the OS level because I do not want to be distracted. I see NTP ads every day, multiple times a day and they are live ad campaigns as far as I can tell from https://sampson.codes/brave/ads/my_region/. But the estimated earnings does not increase.

For the first month of using brave, everything worked fine and then it stopped working and I do not know why. As far as I can tell, I have not changed any settings that would cause a problem.

Below are screenshots documenting this timeline.
I downloaded Brave in January I believe

Earned BAT during January and received payout

Earned BAT during February but did not receive payout

I haven’t earned any BAT since the beginning of March - I’m guessing coinciding with the payout period.

I have now been waiting for months for help on this topic. @saereV was very kind to try and help troubleshoot, but was not able to find anything wrong. So I would greatly appreciate direct support from the staff at this point.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
