Search engine issue

NEW UPDATE DOESN’T ALLOW TO SEARCH ANYHTING WHEN ECOSIA IS SET AS THE DEFAULT SEARCH ENGINE. WHEN SEARCHED THROUGH THE URL SECTION, IT REDIRECTS TO THE ECOSIA HOME PAGE ONLY TO TYPE THE QUERY ONCE AGAIN.

ISSUE WITH BRAVE BETA ANDROID VERSION 1.50.76.

Can anyone help me in fixing this issue?

Works perfectly fine on my device. Could you try changing it to another search engine and trying if it happens in them too ?
If it doesn’t, change it back to ecosia to see if it has automatically fixed the issue.

Well l’ve tried, the issue seems to be only for Ecosia.Org.

@SmartyAadi I just cleared the browser data from my phone settings and the issue seems to be resolved.
