Scrolling is unnatural

Webpages scroll as if I pressed Page-Up or Page-Down

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Open any scrollable webpage
  2. Try scrolling
  3. The page scrolls more than you need (scroll page wise)

Reproduces how often: Everytime
