Description of the issue:
Whenever I have a brave window open on my main monitor(Asus 4k ultrawide), the entire screen will repeatedly flicker black. The Problem will immediately stop if I move the window to my second monitor. The issue started after updating to Brave v1.34.81.

The problem occurs every time a brave window is open on that monitor.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
The screen flickers to a black screen continuously as long as the window is on the monitor.
Expected result:
No flickering.
Reproduces how often:
Every time the window is on the monitor.

windows 10, Brave v1.34.81
Additional Information:
Brave windows are the only program that will cause the monitor to flicker.
