Rewards for 3 months during the last 9 months

For an unknown reason, I am not recieving any rewards most of the time. I have recieved rewards in november 2020, december 2020, and march 2021 but other than that, nothing. My notifications are on, i.e. I have recieved and watched 65 ads this month, but I don’t recieve anything. Also, my auto-contribute is turned off. Even though the number of ads keeps going up, the pending reward is always 0.000 BAT.
Can anyone help me?
