Hello, my brave reawards was disabled after me changed my email address in my uphold account

Hello - What error are you seeing when attempting to connect your Rewards profile to Uphold?

I am connect but rewards not showing anymore

That’s odd—did the system think you became a whole new person after changing your email?

Maybe something in the verification process got reset.

Have you tried re-linking or checking for any account restrictions?
