Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices?

Hello, I haven’t been able to receive Brave Rewards for about 3 months. I click on the “Request” button, but I get the message “Oh, something went wrong”. and the “request” button comes into the mix again, I click the “request” button again. And I’m getting the “Oops, something went wrong” warning again and this process continues again. Can you help me?

If you actually tried this and that didn’t work, then most likely is your issue. Your Android device must pass SafetyNet. If it doesn’t, then you can’t get Rewards.
