Remove custom CSS filters

I accidentally blocked an element after right click and brave.
I need to restore the element.
neither the usual method of Clear CSS rules for this site is showing up nor I can figure out the manual method to remove custom CSS filters.
Can someone explain me the manual method as well as why isn’t the usual shortcut is showing up.
