Can I recover brave on my old pc, I was having a pc but due to some issue the windows was reinstall on that pc and the brave Wallet and brave reward was gone. i don’t have old pc brave wallet secret key phrase 
but I still have that pc is there any way to recover it.
Don’t think so, since you’ll need the phrase to decrypt your wallet.

Wasn’t it connected to a wallet(custodian)? Also in what time frame did you earn them?
During covid 2021 I earn them. At that time without account also point can be claimed so I was not connected.
Well if you hadn’t connected the wallet by the end of October 2023, you wouldn’t have be able to get them now since they were vBAT’s and you can’t transfer them to your wallet now.
So don’t be sad about it.
