Hey I had to do a full wipe on my pc and lost everything that I had, I was hoping to be able to get my settings and bookmarks and my data back to my new OS. I cant find the recovery phrase as I believe it was downloaded on my pc. I did have an Uphold that I do have access to, is there any way to do it through that, Thank you

The best way to back-up everything is to just copy Brave-Browser folder here- %LOCALAPPDATA%\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser (Windows). You didn’t specify which recovery phrase you meant. If you have access to your sync code, then also it would be possible to get your bookmarks.
And the Seed Phrase that you get at brave://wallet is irrelevant and wouldn’t help in restoring your settings, bookmarks, passwords, rewards, etc. But in either case, you have to have access to it or to your Brave-Browser folder. Without these, I don’t think there is a way.
If you had linked Uphold to Brave Rewards then your rewards would be in your Uphold account. You would just lose your current earnings.
So, it’s a good idea to backup the entire Brave-Browser folder, every once in a while.
