perhaps Brave could have informed the users about it (mailing list or popups), not everyone is reading on here everyday and one could happen to format his pc at anytime.

I’ve received feedback from Users saying not able to relink even though we’ve been said you should be able to. I’ve relayed that to the Rewards team and I’m waiting for responses. I can guarantee that in the call I had with them, they did say it should work and gave me permission to provide the update I gave.
I appreciate the feedback and anyone who wants to share regarding success or failure of relinking is appreciated. In the meanwhile, I’ll be sure to post more updates when I hear back from the team(s) at Brave.

I was previously connected but had my keys get updated with a Windows update which disconnected things and now my browser is no longer able to reconnect with Gemini. I worked with @chriscat and found that that was a bug that essentially has made my connection with Gemini no longer possible. Is there an effort to get more countries to be able to verify with Gemini?

Yes, there was everything ok with my link to Gemini here in Brazil until some days ago. And after an update from Brave, I can’t verify again and my Profile is flagged! OMG… and I don’t know why… I opened a ticket (164048) at November, 8th, but no answer.
Well, they were working on it. Supposed to happen like you see in my most recent update, but people said unable. We’ll have to see if it’s just Brazil or if it’s working for others as was supposed to be.
I’m also from Brazil, and here the message from ‘‘unsupported region’’ changed to ‘‘You need a verified account to log in’’. My uphold account has already been verified.

@Davih that error usually means either you have an email you didn’t click on, you haven’t completely sent in all the documents they needed, or perhaps your Profile isn’t completed. In the past, the primary reason is people didn’t have their complete mailing address. It has to be as detailed and complete as possible. Even if you submitted everything to Uphold and they have verified you, it won’t report that way to Brave until your profile inside Uphold is 100% complete.
Hi guys. I think Turkey is now in supported regions. I tried to connect my wallet to uphold and it worked! @Saoiray maybe you want to update the thread.
@Davih were you linked to it before? If so, then you might be seeing your old balance. Once you connect, it should be processing the BAT in your browser and sending it to Uphold. During that process, the BAT will appear as if it vanished.
