We are seeing several reports from users who are on the list of supported regions receiving the “Region Not Supported” message when verifying Brave Rewards with a custodial partner.
We ask before creating a post, please do take the time to read through the following:
- Check if you need to update any documents/IDs.
- Ensure that the ID you verified with (i.e. your passport/proof of residency) reflects the region you are residing in.
Do reach out to your custodial provider (Uphold, Gemini) for assistance on updating your information.
Once everything is in order, go to your brave://rewards
page and reconnect your custodial account to Brave Rewards. If the issue persist, please submit a ticket to our support form for further investigation.
