Prt sc shortcut not working for Snip & Sketch

Description of the issue:
I set the Snip & Sketch shortcut to the Prt sc button in the Windows settings (built in option). When I use it anywhere else outside of brave, I can launch via that shortcut no problem. I can also screenshot the content in brave. BUT, if the Brave windows is in focus and I hit the Prt sc key, it doesn’t launch the Snip & Sketch overlay.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Set the Snip & Sketch shortcut to Prt sc button on Windows 10
  2. Attempt to launch it via said shortcut
  3. See that it doen’t launch.
  4. Go to desktop and try it again and see that it works.

Expected result:
It opens the Snip & Sketch overlay.
