Clipboard for screenshots and copied pictures doesn't work

Description of the issue:
Clipboard for screenshots does not work. Even if I turn on access to the clipboard in the site’s settings, nothing will change. This problem haunts me on all versions of Brave, including the portable.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Take a screenshot with a print screen
  2. Try to insert and send it to the social network dialog
  3. Try to insert it into the power point

Expected result: I can insert a screenshot into the dialogue of a social network or program on my PC

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.5.115 Chromium: 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)
