I use Brave released version on Windows 10 and wonder why there is no protection feature for saved passwords like Chrome? Seems like a common sense feature as not all users prefer a separate password manager.
Kudos to devs for the work so far! 
Which “protection”? On my end, when I want to show the password, it’ll ask my device (Windows) password.
On mine it shows passwords without asking for Windows password.

I have a same problem on LinuxMint 20. I’ve just installed brave and I really love it, it’s great but for a app which puts security and privacy first, it’s a drawback that shows saved passwords without any kind of protection. I don’t know maybe there’s an option which will fix this issue, if there is I’d be glad to hear it.
