Problems, asking for a username/password over of a proxy I'm not using

Hello,

While im trying to use the browser I get screan asked for a username and password of a proxy, the problem is I’m not using a proxy, I’m on a wifi connection and alredy connected, if I try to use the browser Dissenter the same problem happens.

If I use Firefox,Edge or Chrome I don’t get asked to enter usercode/password.

When I use my other PC connect by cable it also doesn’t happen.

I’m being asked usename/password to connet at 10.31.220.23:3128

That is not the adress of the wireless conection I’m connected.
