Proxy authentication problem

Description of the issue:

i am trying to use proxy in the browser. My proxy is private so it has user and password authentication.
The issue is the when i activate the proxy, the browser ask me the authentication via a dialog box but before i put the user or pass the dialog box vanishes.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Simply use any proxy with authentication
