Problem with rewards. I can't withdraw it

Briefly describe your issue:

I have 35 BATs in my browser, but I can’t withdraw it. I tried withdrawing it to Uphold, but nothing happens. I also tried withdrawing it to my wallet. Nothing happens either. I don’t know what to do.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Windows 10 - Last version of Brave [1.24.82]

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

Yes

What date did you verify your wallet?

Basically every month the browser asks me to verify my wallet again.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Yes, until I changed my PC a few months ago. Since then I was unable to withdraw anything. I also lost a bunch of BATs when I changed my PC.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

no

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Yes

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
