Popup/menu not showing on multi-monitor setup

Description of the issue:
Popup windows and menu not showing on multi-monitor setup.
I have 3 monitors:

  • 1920x1080 (set as primary) laptop screen
  • 2x 2560x1440 connected via displaylink

Page popup info (“Do you want to close?” etc…) and browser menu are not showing on primary display. Popups make it look like browser have hanged.

How can this issue be reproduced?

Menu:

  1. Move Brave window to smaller screen (primary display)
  2. Open brave menu

Popup (i tested it with jira):

  1. Move Brave window to smaller screen (primary display)
  2. Open issue and start editing comment
  3. Try to close tab
  4. Jira shows popup warning about losing data (not visible on screen)

Expected result:
Popup/menu showing on current screen

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Wersja 0.69.135 Chromium: 77.0.3865.120 (Oficjalna wersja) (64-bitowa)

Additional Information:
You can get around the issue by moving Brave to another monitor.
