Please make the bookmark panel stays after records aligning

hi,

I found it is very frustrating each time aligning the bookmark record or folder, after left click the entire bookmark panel closed, please make the bookmark panel stays until I finished aligning by clicking to other space, it close the panel, this should be practical.

The problem is as animation picture below.

I know it’s not ideal, but you can open the Bookmark Manager page from the bookmark folder’s context menu, where editing and moving bookmarks is a lot easier.
