I opened an uphold account a few days ago and sent my information to confirm my account. After a while my account suspended. I don’t know why. I only sent my information to Uphold and I was just banned for no reason. I did nothing wrong. I opened 2 tickets but i can’t get a proper response. Can somebody please help me?

Brave and uphold are separate entities. If uphold suspends your account, unfortunately the brave team can’t help you with that issue. Are you in a country that has been banned?
No, my friends are using uphold. I don’t know why i suspended. I opened an uphold wallet only because of Brave rewards. I had previously read brave support team helping people about uphold. I want to try my chance. Maybe somebody helps me.
I have read a post where @Mattches has helped someone. If you get no response here, you can try to dm him with your issue and the email you used to create your uphold account. But it is not guaranteed to solve the issue.
