Please help me out of a doubt here

First of all good afternoon friends, I open this post to request information, yesterday I received in one of my 3 devices the claim corresponding to the month of June, but until today I have not received the claim of my other 2 devices, I would like to know if Is it an error or if they will be processed in the following days? because my close friends tell me that they have already received all of their claims without problems. sorry for the inconvenience and thanks in advance.
