Pinned tabs should always show at the top of the vertical tab blind. Scrolling should only happen below the pinned tabs. Example screenshot below indicating where scrolling should “start”
It was already implemented in Nightly, should be available in Stable soon. Vertical tabs is still WIP, especially if you don’t use Nightly which has the latest features and fixes.
