Back up your User Data
folder:
C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\
Make a new Shortcut for brave.exe
- see the following, for where that is (yes, you know, but take a look at):
‘Brave crash every time - #2 by 289wk’
. . . and for tips on how to start up Brave Browser - unburdened - and then deal with crash reporting. Yet, you may need to reinstall Brave Browser - you could use either source:
Something(s) might be banged up / wounded inside your User Data
folder, and you might have to piece together a restoration - using pieces from the backup that you make. See:
‘Brave doesn't start when I run it as administrator and Brave Shield doesn't work - #73 by clifton’
