Passwords manager don't show passwords - Windows PC

Hi there,
From my Windows 10 PC, I want to see a password.
I select the site and the browser asks for verification (Windows pop-up).
Either login option I select (login, pin, etc.), the result is just the poped windows closing without revealing the code (as if nothing happened).

To get more frustrated, the sync with my mobile device is not happening, so I get it from there.

EG/ This is a new issue, since recently I was able to check them.
Even the Password Manager app has the same behaviour.
