Offline Installation files because Brave.com is blocked in Venezuela

my friend lives in Venezuela and brave.com is blocked there because the browser has a VPN.

I want to send him an offline installer so he can install the browser but I can’t find where to download it all I can find is an online installer.

Please can someone tell me where i can find the full installer?

My friend is running Windows 11 - 64bit
