Not receving rewards since May

Dear,

I contacting your support due to the fact that since 02 of May 2023 I have not received the rewards anymore. My account has never been dropped and is currently showing as connected. I have followed the estimated earnings of every month. It indicated it should be transferred, counter reset to 0 when new month started but has never been transferred to my Uphold account.
