Hi and welcome. If you still have an issue, linked below are the latest updates per the April payout issues. If you are an Uphold user, you should track the Uphold notice. Mattches said he would post an update in that topic when the issue is resolved.
For users who are properly verified with Uphold but have not yet received payment, this is confirmed to be an issue that the team has identified and are working on a fix for presently.
Note that when resolved, any/all funds owed to you will be transferred to your account (there will be no loss in BAT). We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. We will update this post when the issue is fully resolved.
For Gemini users here — if you have not received a new claim option to claim your Rewards, please try restarting the browser completely then check again. If you still do not see the claim option, please send me a DM with your wallet payment ID and the subject line “No Gemini claim option” so I can take a closer look.
You will need to provide more information. Are you receiving ads via notifications, NTP ads, and inline ads? If yes, are you saying you are not receiving earnings? Have you read through the following topics to help troubleshoot?
