from the ads and no way to claim the bat

I also have had the same issue for 5 months now. I have sent my info to @steeven , but nothing has been corrected. When will this be fixed?

- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on
brave://rewards-internals) - Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in
brave://version) - A screenshot of your Rewards panel in
Settings --> Brave Rewards.
