Not receiving ads or payout

Briefly describe your issue:

I have stopped receiving any ads or payout from my desktop machine. My phone continues to receive ads and says I continue to accumulate money in my wallet however my Uphold wallet only reflects the amount that shows on my desktop app.

This issue seemingly came up when I tried to join my mobile phone to the same Uphold wallet my desktop phone is joined to.

Looking at my past statements on my desktop it has been months since I received rewards on that device.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Desktop - [Version 1.31.87 Chromium: 95.0.4638.54 (Official Build) (64-bit) Windows
Mobile - Brave 1.30.89, Chromium: 94.0.4606.81 - Android 11

What date did you verify your wallet?
Over 2 years ago

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Payouts are still processing !

@Doskiie As I noted in my original post it has been months, I don’t think the two are related.

Ah, I see. My fault. Your issue probably runs deeper then us community folks can help out :frowning: Hopefully an admin will get it solved for you my guy.
