Not received correct creators payout amount for several months

It’s been saying “payout in progress” for about 4 months now (maybes longer). So far I’ve created 2 support tickets and nothing has been resolved yet.

  1. Does anyone else have this problem?
  2. Can I actually have some help with this?

OK… hopefully this time round.

It seems that support are ignoring me and I’m left wondering if this will ever be resolved.
