Ur not alone in that boat … i had my hopes up thinking it might be a general issue, sadly though it seems support has to tackle it on individual basis.
Im guessing they have their hands full, for now id just wait / hope.
U can try DM (i did) @steeven if u havent allready … pretty sure though hes inbox is flooded.
