Not getting bat after viewing ad in new tab page

In brave rewards internal logs it is showing:-
PM:ERROR:creative_new_tab_page_ads_database_table.cc(580)] Failed to get creative new tab page ad

Is this solvable problem?
I checked in brave components and I got status- up to date
After I clicked check for update I got component not updated.

Operating system:android
Version:-android 9
Brave version:-1.38.90 Chromium: 100.0.4896.79 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
