Not getting ads and not seeing claim button

accumulated 13.60 bat in estimated pending rewards till november 5 which is the payout date but didnt see any claim button and today november 6 i didnt see any ads why ?? need my pending balance in my account i verified my uphold account but didnt see claim button and not seeing ads from today please help

Hi @patt17, thank your for writing in, and for your patience! It will take up to 2 days from now for your Ads BAT to complete payout.

Fear not, you will continue to see Ads. To take a closer look, what Brave version are you using? Are you on Windows 10?

Version 0.70.122 Chromium: 78.0.3904.87 (Official Build) (64-bit) this is my brave version and i am on win 8.1 but still not able to see any ads till now i was getting ads from last 3-4 days but it stopped today dont know what the problem is please HELP admins
