What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
→ Windows 11
→ Version 1.45.123 Chromium: 107.0.5304.110 (Build officiel) (64 bits)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
→ Yes

What date did you verify your wallet?
→ 2 times this month (November)

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
→ Yes i received my reward on September

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
→ No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
→ Yes

Can you help me to solve this issue please?
I should get about 6,5 bat for October!

It could be a while before they get back to you cause they have a lot of tickets during this part of the month.

Have you been able to solve your issue. I have the same problem for months. Earnings are increasing, but there is never a claim button to claim them.

It is terrible.
My earnings accumulated over months are now already half of my total token balance without a way to claim them.
I don’t know why this does not get fixed. I get paid for seeing ads but cannot claim the reward. How funny is this?

Please post your solution if you manage to solve it.
So far no solution for me, which makes the rewards ridiculously useless.

If less than 50% of current earnings don’t get counted in the payout, you need to keep Brave running for more time so that the rewards reconcile at the sever side.
You could always raise a ticket if you don’t get a claim button for month (S)

I did not receive my earning for last month yet so i don’t have any solution.
Support just solved my issue with the flagged account that’s all.

If rewards are not received in a particular payout because of flagged account, they roll over into the following months payout.

In my case it happened after this: No payout, no ads, next payment in October?

While I am back at receiving ads, thus my account is not flagged, Brave support failed to make it possible that I can claim my earnings, which are constantly increasing due to the ads I am seeing.
