If you go to that it should show if your browser is compatible. If you see the image load and all that stuff then it’s not anything to do with Brave necessarily. Then usually there’s a link for troubleshooting there. I just wanted to pass that on really quick. I know I’m be doing some research on it in a little bit but wanted to toss something out to you in the meanwhile
Also, @ETHann , what device and operating system are you using? Plus don’t forget to update your browser, the one you posted you’re on is slightly outdated
