Blue text on a blue-grey background in the dark theme is harder to read than white or grey text, especially when skimming. This is doubly true with a red light filter. If you could add an option for the previous grey text it would be much appreciated.

You can only change between light and dark theme, and I’m specifically referring to the dark theme here.
