No redeem button for 3 months

No redeem button appears for the third month in a row. I see I have accumulated BATs but I cannot redeem it. I just don’t have the option.

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no)

It is not verified.

What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Yes I did. Monthly for a year at least.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

I am using a VPN. But even when disconnected, the redeem button doesn’t appear.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

I am in a supported region for Uphold.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

I’m on Windows.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices?

Yes. This one and only device.

Hate to say it, but the only real suggestion/solution for you is to create a Rewards Support Ticket so someone from Brave can look into it for you.
