No rewards since Jan 2024

Briefly describe your issue:
I don’t appear to have received any rewards since January 2024, I use brave on 4 different machines and have it linked up to the same Uphold account and still see ads however none of them have sent any rewards for some time now. I have tried resetting my rewards profile, new Brave browser profile, new Windows user profile etc.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 11 Pro
Version 1.70.119 Chromium: 129.0.6668.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no)
yes

What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?
Unsure

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes, Prior to January they would pay out regularly

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
no

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes (UK)

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
N/A

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?
Yes

I have this same problem, I have 4 connected devices and none have sent remittances since February 2024, help

@MXR156 and @Leon3 long story short, both of you were probably flagged. This is another way of saying the antifraud system likely suspended your accounts for unusual behavior.

Regardless of whether that’s the situation, you need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can look into your situation and see what they can do.
